I've spent more than 20 years as a senior HR professional in commercial businesses. I've sat in the rooms where promotion decisions, succession plans and talent conversations happen, and I've supported leaders through restructures, new roles and difficult periods at the top.
That means you get a coach who understands organisational dynamics from the inside: what decision-makers look for, how influence really works, and how isolating senior roles can be.
Gold-standard credentials. An MA in Human Resources Management, the ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive and Senior Level Coaching and Mentoring, and Chartered Membership of the CIPD.
Practical, professional, people-focused. I use a blend of coaching and reflective techniques, as well as business acumen, to support sustainable, lasting change. I bring empathy, challenge, insight, and genuine belief in your ability to succeed.

Frequently asked questions
What happens in the free strategy call?
It's a confidential 30-minute conversation by phone or video. We'll talk about what's going on for you and what you'd like to change, and you can ask any questions about how coaching works. There's no pressure to book.
Do you coach online or in person?
Both. I see clients in person in Milton Keynes (MK7), and online by video call wherever you are.
How long do engagements last?
It depends on your goals. A single session can help with one specific decision. Most senior leaders work with me over a programme of three to six sessions, spread over a few months so there's time to put things into practice between them. We'll agree the right length in your strategy call.
How do we measure success?
We agree clear goals and what success looks like at the start, review progress midway, and look back at the end at what has changed for you, your role and the people around you.
Is coaching tax-deductible if I fund it myself?
It depends on your situation. If you're self-employed or run your own company, coaching that develops skills for your current business may be an allowable expense. If you're employed and pay personally, tax relief is usually not available, which is why many clients ask their employer to fund it. Please check with your accountant or HMRC for advice on your circumstances.
How do I pay?
You can book and pay online by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe's secure checkout. You'll get a receipt by email straight away, and I'll be in touch within two working days to arrange your first session. Packages are paid in full when you book.
Can my employer pay for coaching?
Yes. Many organisations fund coaching for their people. I can provide an invoice and agree the arrangement with you and your employer up front.
Is coaching confidential?
Yes. As an EMCC professional member I follow the Global Code of Ethics for coaches and mentors, and everything we discuss stays between us.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give at least 48 hours' notice to rearrange a session. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed, count as used. You can cancel a booking within 14 days for a refund. See the coaching terms for details.
