This notice explains how Jeanna Wenham ("I", "me") collects and uses your personal information. I am the data controller for information you share through this website and during coaching. You can reach me through the contact form or at the contact details on this site.

What I collect
When you contact me I collect your name, email address, phone number (if given) and anything you include in your message. When you request the Executive Transition Audit I collect your name and email address, and may follow up once by email. If you pay online, Stripe processes your payment details. I receive your name, email and confirmation of payment, but never your full card number. During coaching I may keep brief session notes.
How I use it
I use your information to reply to enquiries, arrange and deliver coaching, take payment and keep the records the law requires. My legal bases are your consent, the performance of our coaching agreement and legal obligation (for financial records).
Who I share it with
I never sell your data. I use trusted providers to run this service, and each processes data only as needed to provide its service:
- Stripe, for online payments
- FormSubmit, which delivers contact form messages and audit sign-ups to my inbox
- My booking calendar provider (such as Cal.com), if you book a consultation online
- My email provider and video-call platform
How long I keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to coaching are deleted within 12 months. Coaching notes are kept for up to 3 years after our work ends. Financial records are kept for 6 years, as HMRC requires.
Confidentiality
Coaching conversations are confidential, in line with the EMCC Global Code of Ethics. The only exceptions are where there is a serious risk of harm to you or others, or where the law requires disclosure.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how it is used, by contacting me. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This website doesn't set its own tracking or advertising cookies. Google Fonts, the booking calendar and Stripe's checkout pages may use strictly necessary cookies.
